The role itself involves managing a number of core applications used by the program prading desks and the middle office across order capture and validation. The focus of the technology team is to deliver market-leading technology to allow the business to grow in the coming years.
As program trading is reliant on speed of execution it is critical for this hire to have experience across order management systems, direct market access and building algorithims. It would also be beneficial if you had experience with real time data feeds.
